Federal immigration actions are putting more and more families into impossible situations. With no way to get work and no access to benefits, households are running out of options to make ends meet.
Several social services agencies witnessing this humanitarian crisis firsthand have come together to start the No Strangers emergency fund.
How it works:
Catholic Social Services has stepped forward as a fiscal agent to collect and disburse funds to local organizations who distribute resources out in the community.
All donations will be sent to partner social service agencies
to meet basic needs, providing food, personal care items,
clothing, prescription medicines, and other necessities.
For those who care, there are no strangers.
